Pip Hanson
Bar Manager
Pip Hanson is an acclaimed Twin Cities bartender known for shaping some of the region’s most innovative cocktail programs. His creativity and curiosity have defined his work across celebrated bars in Minneapolis and abroad, including influential experiences in London’s grand hotel bars. Hanson joined Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis in 2025 to lead Bar Mara, where his vision introduces a new signature cocktail program and Minnesota’s first functional cocktail menu. This collaboration marks a meaningful return to the city he helped influence, bringing his craft, perspective, and passion for hospitality to a new chapter at Bar Mara.
